8. Intellectual Property

Our services and all related technology, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content, and we retain ownership of our services and technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• You use our services at your own risk
