Every purchase of PDF Technologies' products comes with a full year of email technical support from the day you purchase your copy. After the first year, you can choose to renew your subscription to each of our products.

A support subscription entitles you to an unlimited number of expert email support cases over a twelve-month period from the date of purchase.

As a support subscriber in good standing, you are also entitled to all minor and major upgrades released for the product you have purchased during the twelve month period.
